Duties and Responsibilities:

Zoho Customization: Design, configure, and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.) based on business requirements.

Automation & Scripting: Build custom workflows, functions, and integrations using Deluge scripting and APIs.

Integration: Connect Zoho with third-party systems (REST APIs, webhooks, and other business tools).

Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Testing & Support: Ensure solutions are tested thoroughly and provide ongoing support to end users.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
