1.    Conduct preventive physical checking on Syriatel vehicles to minimize any future breakdown, and prepare a vehicle statement report and send to management.
2.    Check all Syriatel vehicles’ maintenance plan in coordination with Fleet Support team, follow up the implementation and the recommended solutions to be set in the preventive maintenance plan.
3.    Check physically vehicles’ performance status and functioning and provide Fleet Support team with the recommended actions to be used in an efficient way.
4.    Verify the on-hold vehicles’ serviceability by conducting drive test and recommend adjusting controls and systems to be put in service.
5.    Check and verify vehicles’ heavy maintenance requests (VMRs), follow up vehicles’ maintenance with provider and prepare related reports to direct management.
6.    Conduct spot-checking on maintenance services in workshops to ensure their efficiency and validate according to a preset criteria and standards, which meet Syriatel demands.
7.    Conduct vehicle drive test after maintenance to ensure effective functioning and escalate abnormal behavior to management.
8.    Evaluate technically the workshops’ maintenance activities in terms of delivery time, equipment availability & quality and recommend the best provider in coordination with Fleet Support team.
9.    Check and verify the accuracy of all invoices related to vehicles’ maintenance according to the agreed maintenance conditions, and actual provided service.
10.    Provide recommendations regarding the suitable solutions/ workshops if facing an accident according to the damage level.
11.    Provide recommendations on the condition of old vehicles’ parts, whether to keep, to be sent for maintenance or not needed.
12.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
14.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
