1.    Study products, offers and services proposed by Marketing Department and provide VAS Planning HOS with technical feasibility study.
2.    Plan and design VAS network based on annual requirements and corporate strategy.
3.    Prepare work orders related to VAS network and submit them to VAS Planning HOS for review.
4.    Work in coordination with providers on preparing low level design and prepare the relevant bill of materials.
5.    Prepare VAS network design (dimensioning, signaling, connectivity, routing…).
6.    Provide integration plan for new network elements / services.
7.    Update network documentation upon network change.
8.    Update Syriatel numbering plan and inform the concerned entities.
9.    Initiate VAS network design change for dimensioning purpose.
10.    Monitor daily measurements and KPIs of VAS network performance, analyze network underperformance and issue the corrective action plans and related reports.
11.    Provide the required VAS network optimization in terms of capacity and performance regularly.
12.    Collect and analyze network performance data on a regular basis to provide the related performance reports.
13.    Study VAS network features & functionalities and prepare VAS network database parameters and settings.
14.    Suggest potential technical solutions and improvement to VAS network.
15.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
17.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
