Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for leading the design of intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role combines strategic thinking, research, and hands-on design execution to create interfaces that enhance usability, engagement, and conversion across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. UX Strategy & Research

• Lead user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

• Translate business goals and user needs into clear user journeys, flows, and wireframes.

• Define UX strategies that improve engagement, retention, and conversion.

2. UI Design & Visual Systems

• Design high-quality interfaces aligned with brand identity and accessibility standards.

• Create design systems, UI libraries, and component guidelines.

• Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.

3. Prototyping & Testing

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights and feedback.

• Validate design decisions with stakeholders and users.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with web developers, product managers, marketers, and content teams.

• Prepare design specifications, assets, and documentation for development handoff.

• Support development during implementation to ensure design accuracy.

5. Performance & Optimization

• Optimize designs based on UX metrics, heatmaps, and analytics (conversion rate, engagement, bounce rate).

• Apply UX best practices to improve performance and user satisfaction.

• Continuously improve experiences based on user behavior and feedback.

6. Leadership & Mentorship

• Review design work and mentor junior designers.

• Contribute to creative direction and UX best practices across the organization.

• Participate in pitches, proposals, and design presentations.
