The UI/UX designers are responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a website. The UI/UX designer will work closely with the marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms, also to create visual graphic designing communications such as adverts, branding, publicity materials, posts and magazine layouts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
• Research customers, competitors, and products
• Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Technical managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Develop UI mockups, wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to developer team and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Develop and implement usability testing
• Design for accessibility standards
• Create and maintain usability documentation
• Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals
