We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to elevate the user experience of our digital platforms. If you're passionate about solving real problems through intuitive design, crafting user-centric journeys, and translating complex business requirements into seamless interactions — this is your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Design & Strategy:
- Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and elegant digital experiences
- Take full ownership of the design process: discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
- Develop design strategies that align with product roadmaps and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers from early concepts to shipped features
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions to scope design priorities
UX & Interaction Design:
- Conduct and analyze user research to identify pain points and validate design decisions
- Create detailed user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps
- Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity UI mockups that are responsive and scalable
- Build interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and gather feedback
- Continuously iterate on UX flows based on data, feedback, and testing insights
Design Systems & UI Craftsmanship:
- Build and maintain a cohesive design system including typography, color palettes, iconography, and reusable components
- Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and products
- Deliver pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile in line with brand identity and usability standards
- Champion accessibility and usability standards (WCAG, responsive design principles)
Collaboration & Communication:
- Present and defend design work to internal stakeholders, clients, and developers
- Document design specifications and create user stories for development handoff
- Work closely with developers to ensure design intent is properly implemented
- Lead design critiques and contribute to a culture of continuous feedback and improvement
Testing & Optimization:
- Set up usability testing plans and analyze user behavior (A/B testing, heatmaps, interviews)
- Apply design analytics tools (Hotjar, Maze, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize UX performance
- Collaborate on post-launch feedback cycles to refine features and enhance user satisfaction
