We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences for a digital payments and e-wallet platform.

In this role, you will design complex financial flows—such as onboarding, KYC, transfers, and transaction history—while balancing usability, security, and regulatory constraints. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, and compliance teams to transform business requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process from research and concept to final implementation.

• Design user experiences for core fintech flows, including:

  • User onboarding and KYC verification

  • Wallet creation and management

  • Money transfers, top-ups, and withdrawals

  • Transaction history and analytics dashboards

• Translate complex financial and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user journeys.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Define and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Backend Engineers, and Frontend Developers to ensure feasibility and design quality.

• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on data and user feedback.

• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and responsiveness across web and mobile platforms.

• Balance security requirements (2FA, confirmations, limits) with a smooth user experience.

• Review implemented designs and provide design QA during development.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.
