Preparation, processing and executing bank transfers.

Track & monitor bank transactions and balances and Follow-up with banks to ensure proper execution of transfers.

Keep accurate and proper supporting documents, records and receipts.

 

Receiving cash deposits, withdrawals and cash advances.

Maintain and balance the cash drawer & vault on a daily basis by accounting for cash assigned, received, and disbursed.

Maintains supply of cash and currency and turns in excess cash and mutilated currency.

Keeping a secured, organized and clean work area and a professional appearance.

 

Maintain and develop all required periodic reporting.

Ad hoc reporting and support to related departments on treasury matters.

Provide support and Assistance to finance and accounting departments when required.
