Job Responsibilities:

As a valuable team member at BEEORDER as a Treasurer, you will be responsible for:

• Forecast cash flows and set payment schedules and dates based on the collection forecast and payment priorities.
• Reconcile daily collections from and payments to drivers between the ERP system and the bank.
• Reconcile daily e-payment orders between the ERP system and the bank.
• Follow up on resolving e-payment order issues with the bank, ensuring that incorrect transactions are addressed within one working day.
• Monitor and fund drivers’ bank subaccounts to ensure proper settlement of their due balances.
• Follow up on TEKRAAM's weekly payments and ensure funds are received through legal and authorized channels in the country.
• Initiate financial deals with banks to support the company's operations.
