1.    Plan and design Transport Planning Access network based on annual requirements and corporate strategy.
2.    Work in coordination with providers on preparing low-level design and check the relevant bill of materials (BOM).
3.    Update network documentation upon network change.
4.    Issue transport access plan of metro Ethernet network expansion.
5.    Validate network survey prepared by Radio Engineer, conduct surveys for new radio sites / aggregation nodes and prepare the related reports.
6.    Monitor daily measurements and KPIs of network performance, analyze network underperformance and issue the corrective action plans.
7.    Provide the required network optimization in terms of capacity and performance on a monthly basis.
8.    Prepare work orders related to transport network and submit them to Transport Planning Access HOS for review.
9.    Maintain & update accurately all business related systems & databases of management system and all performed activities in Transport Planning database.
10.    Conduct site visit to ensure the implemented plan and prepare related reports.
11.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
