Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution of tires to dealers, retailers, and service centers within the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and fleet operators.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

• Implement the company’s sales and marketing plans at the distributor level to achieve sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and help expand the dealer network.

• Ensure all pricing, promotions, and branding follow company guidelines.

• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Handle customer orders, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain a high level of service quality.

• Manage collections and credit limits according to company policy.

• Maintain accurate sales and distribution records for reporting and forecasting.
