1.    Participate in reviewing the design of offers, products, services, applications and systems’ specifications to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.
2.    Understand the product and testing objectives through communicating with product owner and project management.
3.    Perform full cycle of testing and acceptance to offers, services, products, applications, systems, platforms and any modifications implied.
4.    Develop, document and maintain test plans, functional test scenarios, test cases, test data, data validation, automated scripts and other test-related documents for testing of offers, products, services, applications and systems from all testing aspects including  customer behavior and user’s experience.
5.    Conduct test case reviews, and communicate defect and issues with concerned in MIS.
6.    Setup the required test beds (hardware, software and network) in coordination with all concerned parties.
7.    Execute automated and manual test cases and report test results, work progress and any problems stakeholders may face.
8.    Prepare and communicate full defect report (description, root cause, replication, responsibility and prioritization) and verify defect fixes along with defect resolution documentation and approve / reject or the tested product accordingly.
9.    Check and report issues related to offers, products, services, applications and systems after retirement phase (end of offer phase).
10.    Support in production deployment of applications and perform “validation tests” and monitoring for offers, products, services, applications and systems.
11.    Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, and alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas under testing systems.
12.    Prepare and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Test) phase and send all related result to project stakeholders.
13.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
15.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
