1.    Participate in developing and maintaining process analysis plans under their area of responsibility.
2.    Participate in monitoring the execution of test plans.
3.    Develop process analysis checklists for the identified areas and work products.
4.    Conduct analysis sessions with each focal point for procedures throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure following Syriatel procedures.
5.    Identify and document non-compliances, observations, and risks from all process analysis related activities.
6.    Ensure the efficiency of both software process and testing operations, by identifying metrics, evaluating the quality of each phase, and suggest the needed improvements.
7.    Analyze and report results of software metrics and various testing reports to ensure completeness, correctness, prioritization, efficiency, reusability, and traceability to requirements.
8.    Conduct root-cause analysis of customers’ complaints solutions and general problems within MIS Department, and evaluate them effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures.
9.    Analyze and communicate the resulted defects and PD non-compliance to concerned parties on a monthly basis and coordinate setting the appropriate preventive and corrective actions in place.
10.    Identify and document issues in non-compliance, and other formal reports, to convey the results of process and operation analysis to HOUs and Project Managers.
11.    Assess test cases to be automated and study the possibility of automated testing tasks with automation team.
12.    Analyze lessons learned, stay abreast with latest testing features, and share knowledge with all team members.
13.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
15.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
