Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Telecoms Inventory & Device controller to ensure the integrity of our mobile device inventory. 

This role is crucial for daily verification of device orders and receipts, meticulous tracking of all trade-in and "Bring-It-Back" devices, and efficient inter-store transfers. 

The Auditor will leverage strong analytical skills and POS system reporting to provide critical data insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily IMEI Verification (TELUS Orders):
• Reconcile IMEIs of devices ordered from TELUS daily against physical receipts and our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
•    * Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between ordered and received devices.
•  Trade-In & "Bring-It-Back" Device Audits:
•   Meticulously track and verify all devices taken as trade-ins (including "Bring-It-Back" and MASTERCOM trade-ins).
•   Ensure proper documentation and system entry for all returned/traded devices.

 Inventory & Device Shuffling:

• Manage the efficient transfer of devices and accessories between stores based on inventory needs and sales data.
• Execute these transfers by running and analyzing various reports from the POS system.

 Reporting & Data Analysis:

• Generate and interpret multiple reports from the POS system to provide clear, actionable insights and data visualization to managers.
• Identify trends, potential issues, and areas for process improvement based on inventory data.
