1.    Report unsuitable equipment storage conditions to ensure the safety of equipment in the warehouses and monitor the process of storing the received equipment.
2.    Conduct physical inspection for the stored GSM equipment and to be reported to HOS.
3.    Check the preparation, packing and unpacking activities of GSM equipment and ensure the accuracy of the serial numbers aligned with the request in the warehouses in order to be ready for shipping to the required location if needed.
4.    Check returned GSM equipment in warehouses, whether items are damaged, dead or need maintenance and to go through the process of appraisal according to predefined criteria and provide recommendations with the needed action.
5.    Report any damage case and any other observation that need maintenance or new packaging to concerned parties.
6.    Verify technical equipment description in order to correct any discrepancies.
7.    Participate in implementing GSM equipment (De-kiting/kiting) based on merged/separated description.
8.    Coordinate with GSM Warehouse teams to withdraw GSM equipment from warehouses to sites/technical labs for maintenance/ repairing issues.
9.    Maintaining databases by Document actions, completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
10.    Conduct physical check for “need maintenance” equipment and perform needed action to return them to W.H as used or to trigger maintenance action if possible.
11.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
