Job Summary:

We seek a knowledgeable and results-driven Telecom Engineer – Core Network to design, implement, and maintain our core telecom infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with LTE/5G network architecture, core systems integration, and network performance optimization. This role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with strong project coordination skills to support mission-critical telecom deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, configure, and deploy core network components including EPC, IMS, HSS, and PCRF.
2. Plan and implement scalable and secure LTE/5G core networks for greenfield and brownfield projects.
3. Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of network nodes and interfaces (S1, S6a, S10, S11, SGi, etc.).
4. Collaborate with RAN, IP/MPLS, and transmission teams to ensure end-to-end service continuity.
5. Monitor and optimize core network KPIs to ensure service quality and high availability.
6. Maintain updated network documentation, topology maps, and configuration databases.
7. Conduct root cause analysis for network incidents and recommend preventive measures.
8. Support live network upgrades, expansions, and capacity planning initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with telecom regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and quality standards.
10. Liaise with vendors, field teams, and stakeholders for solution deployment and support.
