1.    Prepare and update a pipeline document to include the daily requests / current and new projects, etc... and check it with HOS.
2.    Handle the requests/projects of telecom authorities related to infrastructure (move, install, do needed modifications and maintenance for hosted Hardware) within Syriatel critical facilities, access to facilities in coordination with concerned internal entities.
3.    Arrange and coordinate meetings between Syriatel and external entities (telecom authorities, security branches, military, and any other governmental entities within section scope) and follow up the implementation of the agreed actions points.
4.    Conduct on-site visits during the implementation of telecom authorities’ projects to ensure the alignment between Syriatel plan and the telecom authorities’ requirements and figures, within Syriatel critical facilities.
5.    Review Technical plans, and analyze the criticality of the requests (upgrade, new nodes, services ….) to coordinate and provide telecom authorities with needed information to have their plan synchronized with Syriatel ones.
6.    Notify on-call employee in (TT, MIS, EFM... etc.) to proceed with the corrective actions in case of any outage, failure in Telecom Authorities equipment within Syriatel critical facilities.
7.    Notify Telecom authorities’ representative when a disaster, unexpected power problem/ failure occurred in one of Syriatel critical facilities hosting Telecom Authority systems.
8.    Inquire and provide needed data, drawings, and information regarding Telecom authorities planned systems implementation within Syriatel critical facilities to enterprise Critical Facility Administrator.
9.    Establish & maintain good and professional relationship between Syriatel, telecom authorities and other related external parties
10.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
11.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
12.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
