Job Purpose:

The Tele-Sales- Arabic Speaker is responsible for engaging with prospective international clients, presenting Turkeyana Clinic’s services and products in a professional and persuasive manner, and converting inquiries into confirmed sales. The role ensures a seamless client journey by maintaining consistent follow-up, coordinating with internal departments for logistical arrangements, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through clinic visit. The position also supports business growth by identifying client needs, monitoring market trends, and providing accurate reporting to enhance sales performance and service quality.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients who are interested in Turkeyana’s services and products.
• Persuade clients why to choose Turkeyana Clinic.
• Follow up with clients and other departments and ensure all logistical arrangements for their visit .
• Maintain continuous coordination with the team to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Create reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for services.
