Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Technical Project Manager will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and stakeholders to drive project execution, remove blockers, manage risks, and maintain high-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver multiple software development projects simultaneously.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate daily activities between Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Manage project scope and ensure changes are properly evaluated and communicated.
• Track team performance, sprint velocity, and delivery metrics.
• Work closely with Stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Ensure technical teams clearly understand project priorities and requirements.
• Coordinate software releases and deployment schedules with engineering and DevOps teams.
• Prepare regular project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, risk registers, and decision logs.
• Ensure projects comply with quality standards and organizational processes.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource management across engineering teams.
