Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager / Pavement Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in pavement engineering, asphalt mix design, technical reviews, and specification compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing pavement-related technical activities, evaluating design requirements, and providing engineering solutions for infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pavement engineering activities for road and infrastructure projects.
• Develop, review, and approve pavement designs, asphalt mix designs, and technical submissions.
• Conduct technical evaluations of pavement materials, construction methodologies, and performance requirements.
• Review project specifications, identify deviations, and provide technical recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
• Provide technical support during construction phases, including troubleshooting and resolving pavement-related issues.
• Review laboratory test results, material properties, and pavement performance data.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients on technical matters.
• Prepare technical reports, assessments, and engineering documentation.
• Support value engineering initiatives and improvement of pavement performance.
