Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Vision & Leadership:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional development teams (Mobile, Web, AI, ERP) effectively, delegating tasks to ensure highly efficient project execution.
• Evaluate and select the most appropriate technologies, development tools, and cloud services for each project to guarantee high performance and scalability.

2. Solution Architecture & System Integration:

• Design the overarching software architecture for complex projects and build seamless integration bridges across diverse systems written in multiple languages.
• Securely and reliably connect enterprise systems (e.g., ERPs) with external interfaces, such as mobile applications and third-party gateways.

3. AI Evangelism & Adoption:

• Champion the shift toward "AI-Assisted Development" within the company, training teams to leverage tools like GitHub Copilot and LLMs to accelerate delivery.
• Architect the integration of AI models into the company’s core products and client systems to provide innovative, value-added features.

4. Engineering Excellence & Execution:

• Strictly oversee high-level Code Reviews, enforcing engineering best practices, Clean Architecture, and DevSecOps principles.
• Closely monitor product quality to uphold the "Zero Critical Bugs" standard and ensure strict adherence to Sprint timelines across multiple projects.

5. Requirements Management & Coordination:

• Work closely with stakeholders, System Analysts, and Project Managers to translate complex business requirements and client visions into clear, actionable technical blueprints for the engineering teams.
