The Technical Consultant will leverage strong experience in both frontend and backend development to
oversee, evaluate, and guide the technical work delivered by external development companies. This role
ensures that all technical requirements are implemented accurately, tested properly, and aligned with
business needs and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and the external development company.
• Review business and technical requirements and translate them into clear, actionable development tasks.
• Attend all technical meetings, participate in requirement discussions, and validate proposed solutions.
• Track development timelines, monitor progress, and prepare regular technical updates and reports.
• Conduct functional, technical, and API testing to ensure that delivered features meet specifications and
quality standards.
• Evaluate frontend, backend, and database work to ensure adherence to best practices and agreed-upon
technologies.
• Identify gaps, issues, risks, and delays, and work with the implementation company to resolve them
promptly.
• Provide recommendations to improve system performance, user experience, stability, and scalability.
• Support integration testing and ensure system compatibility and smooth communication between
components.
• Manage output quality, ensure compliance with the SOW and SRS, and prepare deviation reports.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to proper programming architecture.
• Apply information security best practices (OWASP), protect APIs, and manage access control.
• Prepare system documentation, technical reports, and operational/integration guides.
• Manage release cycles and ensure all requirements are completed prior to deployment.
• Monitor cloud/server environments, analyze performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Implement automated testing (Unit, Integration, API).
• Convert business requirements into clear, coherent technical solutions.
• Manage third-party vendors and track their commitment to agreed deliverables.
• Conduct UX audits and ensure ease of use
