Role Overview

We’re looking for a Consultant who can bridge business needs with technical execution and steer ERP projects from A to Z.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and map them to ERP solutions (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, etc.).
• Configure, customise and support ERP systems.
• Provide technical support, user training and clear documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Managing Implementation Projects from A to Z

• Gain customers’ trust and become their go-to adviser.
• Analyse project requirements and suggest practical solutions.
• Implement agreed solutions (configuration & limited development).
• Train users and turn each customer into an ERP champion.
• Follow up & communicate progress, risks and next steps throughout the project.

المسؤوليات

• جمع متطلبات الأعمال وربطها بحلول ERP (أودو، SAP، Dynamics…).
• تخصيص وإعداد أنظمة ERP وتقديم الدعم والتدريب والوثائق.
• التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان التسليم في الوقت والميزانية المحدَّدة.
• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتحقيق التحسين المستمر.

إدارة المشاريع من الألف إلى الياء

• كسب ثقة العميل وتكوين علاقة استشارية متينة.
• تحليل متطلبات المشروع واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
• تنفيذ الحلول المتفق عليها (إعداد وتطوير محدود).
• تدريب المستخدمين وتحويلهم إلى خبراء ERP.
• متابعة المشروع والتواصل المستمر حول الحالة والمهام الجارية.
