Job Summary
The Team Leader / Human Resources Management Expert is responsible for leading the overall implementation of the project, providing strategic and technical guidance on human resources management, and ensuring the successful coordination of multidisciplinary teams operating in complex and conflict-affected environments. The role requires close collaboration with government institutions, local authorities, international organizations, and key stakeholders to achieve project objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of project activities in accordance with project objectives and timelines.
• Provide strategic and technical expertise in human resources management, workforce development, and organizational capacity building.
• Manage and supervise multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective coordination, performance management, and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, local authorities, donors, international organizations, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project partners and stakeholders.
• Develop work plans, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, project documentation, and presentations for clients and donors.
• Analyze workforce and project-related data to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, donor regulations, and organizational policies.
• Support knowledge sharing, institutional development, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
