A team leader is required to build and manage a team of technicians to install, monitor and maintain computer networks on information technology platforms, ensuring security, efficiency, and productivity. And performs installation, maintenance, repair and programming service for TDM/IP-based multi-line switching and computing systems, including main and conventional PBX and IP telephony systems. And to carry out all modifications and movements, addition and changes services, and the installation of telephone services for all customer facilities (commercial and residential). The team leader must be able to operate in a professional environment, conduct site surveys and maintain a professional appearance and relationship with all clients, as well as provide sales opportunities.

Responsibilitie:

Team leader would be responsible of hiring and training technical personnel, delegating work and assignments to team members, with the ability of collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems. And should be able to create end goals for team members, and guide them through technical issues and challenges
