About this role

  • Configure, manage, and maintain network infrastructure and devices, including MikroTik routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Administer, monitor, and support servers running Windows Server and Ubuntu operating systems.
  • Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of network and server environments.
  • Monitor network and system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot connectivity and service problems.
  • Perform regular system updates, patch management, backups, and recovery testing.
  • Provide technical support to internal users and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner.
  • Document network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and system changes.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
