As our Remote System Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining a robust Windows and Microsoft 365 environment that supports our customer's infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure uptime, security, and scalability, and you’ll leverage automation to streamline operational workflows.

• Architect, implement, and manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).

• Administer and secure Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Intune.

• Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMware).

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks, deployments, and reporting.

• Monitor system health and performance; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.

• Implement, test, and document backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery strategies.

• Produce and maintain clear documentation: architecture diagrams, runbooks, change logs, and audit reports.

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated incidents and change requests in a 24×7 operational model.
