- Contact suppliers to place and follow up the inbound orders
- Update and manage the inventory materials data continuously
- Check the inventory and coordinate with the warehouse keeper in the annual stocktaking
- Handle official correspondences between vendors staff, manage incoming/outgoing emails, and prioritize items as necessary
- Arrange inbound and outbound shipments by communicating with the freight forwarders for best method of transportation
- Collaborate and communicate with other departments regarding supply needs
