*Participate in the development of preventive and corrective maintenance process and ensure its properly applied.
*Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary
*Main Participation in the preparation and administration of the facility budget; submit budget recommendations and prepare cost estimates
*Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
*Provides support to Projects and Services team when requested or needed.
*Supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance
*Manage periodical meeting with maintenance team and contractor staff.
*Maintain the accurate recods of maintenance requests system on portal by follow up the status with maint.team
*Sending weekly update report for the request status aligned with detailed list.
*Assist with the implementation of capital projects
*Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations
*Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
*Generate work orders, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members.
*Check and review BoQ works and items according to price list work.
*Help out with day-to-day tasks with maintenance team and work closely with them when needed.
*Respond to Emergency and Urgent cases and requests.
*Escalates problematic issues to management verbally and written and recommends solutions.
*Comply with company – division process, policies and procedures.
*Follow up the subordinate, monitor their performance and apply IPF cycle.
