- Organizing and follow up the subtitling and translation process

- Receiving emails from customers and analyzing them
- Review the texts attached to the email and distribute them to the translators as appropriate
- Follow up on the episode translation process at all stages until the required final version is reached
- Permanently follow up with the work team with the aim of staying within the required time frame and completing tasks in the agreed upon time
