Job Summary :

Responsible for conducting quality assessments, preparing QMS documents, Identify areas for improvement, updating the QMS log register, promoting QMS culture, and collaborating with Commercial departments to maintain quality standards in the company. Their focus is on ensuring that all products and services delivered by the company meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Assist in preparation quality assessment on a yearly basis, identify gaps and suggestions and send to Upper one for review.

Implement Quality Management System plan.

Handle  Documents Change Requests received from commercial  departments by the responsible Quality Management System ambassador.

Assist in updating the status of customer care, sales, and Marketing Documents on the Mater List.

Participate in conducting awareness to all concerned parties about newly published documents  when needed

Update QMS log register.

Participate in achieve the commercial quality  assurance objectives of Quality Management System

Participate in ensuring quality culture and strategy are properly communicated and understood throughout the commercial departments 

Support Internal audit in audit preparation by providing them with needed documents and related Quality Management System documents status.
