QA/QC Engineer – Solar Project (Brief Role Summary)

• Assist in implementing the project Quality Management System as per the approved Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
• Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) for all solar-related construction activities (MMS, PV modules, inverters, cabling, grounding, etc.).
• Inspect all incoming solar materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved submittals.
• Monitor WIRs, test reports, and quality records, keeping the QA/QC Manager updated on all quality‑related matters.
• Review and ensure availability of ITPs, Method Statements, and Test Plans, and verify they are approved and implemented correctly.
• Ensure proper document control, distribution, and usage of approved drawings and quality documents on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure installations meet solar QA/QC standards and client requirements.
