1.    Meet with various project stakeholders in order to understand their vision, needs and the expected output from the requested solution.
2.    Gather requirements from various project stakeholders.
3.    Identify conflicts and facilitate resolving them between various stakeholders.
4.    Prepare requirements elicitation sessions to different business owners using interface prototype and based on gathered requirement.
5.    Prepare High Level Requirements document covering gathered requirements.
6.    Decompose high-level requirements into details, develop them into technical requirements and document the results in the Software Requirements Specification (SRS).
7.    Peer Review on any resulted section technical documents.
8.    Provide concerned parties with a brief of the prepared SRS.
9.    Coordinate and discuss the suggested proposed solution with Software Development team.
10.    Prepare and maintain system requirements through the adopted tool/system in Syriatel.
11.    Prepare RFP (Request for Proposal) document, for software solutions that will be provided by external suppliers.
12.    Coordinate with UI/UX Designer to prepare & develop mobile mockup design.
13.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
15.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
