•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
•Create custom reports and presentations for management periodically and project progress.
•Propose and implement action plans to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of operations.
•Promote and practice communication and participatory management within the team.
•Prepare and interpret flowcharts, timelines and step-by-step action plans.
•Ability to clearly define roles, responsibilities and responsibilities for decision-making hierarchies, establish controls and approvals, and monitor compliance.
