BadinanSoft is looking for a Software Development Team Leader. You will be working in an Agile way to support and enhance a temporary
workforce management solution. Leading a team of experienced Developers and reporting to the Head of Development, you will require strong communication and leadership skills including an ability to engage with business teams.

Your input will be highly valued, and you will be expected to lead a team of Developers, contributing thoughts and ideas in daily stand-ups to help move the project forward. You will be part of a team responsible for the product; we will be looking to you to create new product features from supplied requirements, implement new technologies as they emerge and assist with resolving any bugs identified in the product.

We will need you to build API methods and the website UI components that consume API methods. We will also ask you to assist with code reviews to ensure the quality of work, and to advise other developers with your product knowledge when required.

 

Also, we will need to you analyze the system,  time and schedule for the development.
