1.    Conduct technical feasibility study including evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements and proposed solutions.
2.    Determine software development environments including all needed technologies and hardware specifications.
3.    Implement required software systems according to system requirements specifications and system design specifications.
4.    Execute unit test for the developed systems ensuring the delivery of bug free solutions.
5.    Maintain and follow up software project in soft launch phase and apply proper fixes when needed.
6.    Participate in requirement elicitation and provide suggestions and technical feedback.
7.    Coordinate with MIS Testing Unit in preparing integration test cases and follow up on detected defects until closure.
8.    Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of the developed systems in coordination with MIS testing.
9.    Prepare and update technical documentations for all activities and assigned tasks related to software development scope of work.
10.    Coordinate with SD technical writer in preparing and reviewing developed systems user guide documents.
11.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
