Position Duties Per Job:
1.    Conduct technical feasibility study for any development requests, including evaluation, analysis, problem definition, requirements assessments and propose the needed solution. 
2.    Determine software development environments including all needed technologies and hardware specifications.
3.    Translate software requirements prepared by Software System Analyst into system design including all proposed solutions and using all advanced and user-friendly clarification approaches such as flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, etc... 
4.    Implement the required software systems according to system’s requirements and design specifications and ensure the quality of delivered outputs.
5.    Coordinate with MIS Testing Unit in preparing integration test cases and follow up on detected defects until closure.
6.    Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of the developed systems in coordination with MIS testing. 
7.    Prepare and update technical documentations for all activities and assigned tasks related to software development scope of work. 
8.    Coordinate with SD technical writer in preparing and reviewing developed systems user guide documents.
9.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
10.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 
11.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.
