Harmonies is a UAE-based startup digital platform connecting social-media businesses, handmade creators, and delivery ecosystems through innovative digital experiences.

We are looking for an ambitious and highly connected Social Media & Growth Manager to help grow our platform and establish a strong market presence.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a clear social media growth and branding strategy

2. Build partnerships and contracts with influencers and content creators to promote the platform

3. Collaborate closely with the graphic designer and marketing team to create engaging campaigns and content

4. Reach out to social media sellers and invite them to join the platform

5. Supervise and guide junior team members responsible for seller onboarding and communication

6. Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms

7. Monitor growth metrics and work toward achieving company targets such as:

   • Number of sellers joining the platform

   • Social media growth and engagement

   • Campaign performance and reach

8. Identify market opportunities and propose creative marketing initiatives

هارمونيز هي منصة رقمية ناشئة مقرها الإمارات، تهدف إلى ربط المشاريع التي تعمل عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأصحاب المنتجات اليدوية وخدمات التوصيل من خلال تجربة رقمية مبتكرة.

نبحث عن مدير/ة سوشال ميديا وتطوير نمو طموح/ة ولديه/ا شبكة علاقات قوية للمساعدة في توسيع المنصة وبناء حضور قوي في السوق.

المسؤوليات

1. وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية واضحة للنمو والتسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي

2. بناء شراكات وعقود مع المؤثرين وصناع المحتوى للترويج للمنصة

3. التعاون مع مصمم الجرافيك وفريق التسويق لإنشاء حملات ومحتوى تسويقي جذاب

4. التواصل مع البائعين عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ودعوتهم للانضمام إلى المنصة

5. الإشراف على أعضاء الفريق الجدد المسؤولين عن التواصل مع البائعين ومتابعتهم

6. إنشاء وإدارة وتحسين الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي

7. متابعة مؤشرات النمو والعمل على تحقيق أهداف الشركة مثل:

   • عدد البائعين المنضمين للمنصة

   • نمو المتابعين والتفاعل

   • أداء الحملات التسويقية

8. البحث عن فرص تسويقية جديدة واقتراح أفكار إبداعية للنمو

9. تمثيل منصة Harmonies بشكل احترافي في الشراكات والتواصل الخارجي
