1. About the Role

   We are looking for a highly dynamic Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes social media algorithms.
   A person who understands how platforms behave, what boosts reach, and when to post the right type of content.

   You should know the difference between a Reel that explodes and a Carousel that educates — and exactly when each one works.
   Your job is not just moderation… it's growth, timing, and smart engagement.

    

   Key Responsibilities

   Content Moderation & Engagement

• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone across all interactions.
• Identify high-potential user interactions to boost visibility and reach.

Algorithm & Growth Optimization

• Analyze trends, algorithm updates, and engagement patterns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Decide when to post a Reel, when a Carousel works better, and when static content is more effective.
• Identify optimal posting times based on audience activity.
• Maximize organic reach using strategic actions (tags, shares, collaborations, trending audio, hashtags).
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordinglyز

  Collaboration & Content Execution

• Work closely with the Content Writer and Graphic Designer to ensure posts are aligned with trends and algorithm signals.
• Provide ideas for content formats that boost reach (trending Reels, educational carousels, polls, AMAs…).
• Support the marketing team with insights to refine the social media content plan.
  Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor weekly and monthly growth KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, retention.
• Prepare performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for viral growth and emerging platform features.
