You’ll be the strategic engine behind our social growth. We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist who blends platform psychology, conversion-focused storytelling, and AI-powered workflows to turn content into measurable business results across YouTube, TikTok, and Meta. 

What You’ll Do
Social Media Growth

• Own end-to-end social operations: ideation → creation → publishing → optimization → scaling
• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across platforms.
• Build scalable content systems to publish consistently at high volume.
• Spot trends early and turn them into viral opportunities.
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion.

AI & Automation

• Treat AI as a co-pilot: maintain brand voice, human psychology, and conversion intent while moving 3–5x faster
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veo3 ,Gemini, etc.) to scale content production.
• Collaborate with our AI Engineer for content batching, repurposing, and testing.
• Leverage data and AI insights to improve performance continuously.
