1.    Participate in radio sites telecom and direct current “DC” power equipment installation, and perform the needed configurations.
2.    Coordinate with Site Operation & Maintenance Technician in performing required technical tests on radio sites (DC power, radiation, vault short wave ratio “VSWR”, etc.), and report the results to the HOS.
3.    Participate in performing radio sites preventive maintenance according to the requested plan.
4.    Coordinate with Site Operation & Maintenance Technician in handling and following up on network alarms received from supervision and site performance teams and conduct the suitable corrective maintenance.
5.    Coordinate with Site Operation & Maintenance Technician in handling and following up on modification, swap, dismantle and upgrade for radio sites systems and components upon optimization and transmission request and prepare radio as built document.
6.    Contact with concerned sections to follow up DC power issues (DC power problem, new DC Power meter, new transformer…) related the existed sites in coordination with Site O&M Technician.
7.    Follow up and participate in the on filed checking for the delivered material from/to warehouses with Telecom Equipment & Distribution teams.
8.    Coordinate with Site O&M Technician and Coordinator in order to update the daily reports.
9.    Participate in data collection for projects related to radio sites operations requested by management.
10.    Participate in performing radio sites surveys (radio repeaters, line of site, special requests) upon request.
11.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
