1.    Administrate network configuration database by creating, canceling and modifying configuration items upon any change on network.
2.    Ensure integrating the requirements of beneficiary entities in the development of systems.
3.    Implement the changes of performance indicators that are approved by Telecom Technology Department management.
4.    Ensure updating any change in workflow upon request from the beneficiary entity.
5.    Design and assist in weekly and monthly reports regarding network statistics.
6.    Coordinate with MIS team for the support required to operate and maintain systems.
7.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
9.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
