1.    Participate in performing Radio Sites surveys (Radio repeaters, LOS, special requests) in coordination with O&M Engineers.
2.    Perform in batteries –hardware, software and telecom equipment installation and participate with configuration within Radio Sites.
3.    Participate in performing required technical tests on Radio sites (Power, Radiation, VSWR, etc.) and report the results to the engineer and HOS.
4.    Participate in performing environmental and equipment Radio Sites preventive maintenance according to the requested plan.
5.    Participate in performing modification, swap and upgrade for Radio sites systems upon optimization and transmission request and contribute in the preparation of as built document.
6.    Handle and follow up network alarms received from supervision and site performance teams and conduct the suitable corrective maintenance.
7.    Check and confirm the delivered materials from warehouses with distribution and telecom equipment teams.
8.    Coordinate with Site O&M Coordinator in order to update the daily reports.
9.    Contact with concerned Sections to follow up power issues (power problem, new power meter, new transformer…) related the existed Sites.
10.    Participate and Perform in Data collection projects ( RFID ,Mast Data base ,etc...)
11.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
