1.    Coordinate and follow up with O&M team and concerned parties for:
a.    The implementation/operation activities for Radio GSM sites requests new installation, modifications, swap, renovation, dismantling.
b.    The implementation/operation activities for Radio sites Power requests (Batteries ,…)  new installation, replacement, and dismantling.
c.    Radio sites preventive and corrective maintenance activities for GSM and power solutions.
2.    Collect all the needed material/ requirements to implement the needed requests, and submit withdraw / return requests, from/to warehouses/Sites in coordination with Distribution team
3.    Ensure keeping withdrawn materials status from WH updated (installed/returned or transferred to other site).
4.    Report activities Status (Done, Under Process, Pending, Problems, …) on regular basis to HOS.
5.    Prepare and ensure updating activities related files on regular basis.
6.    Follow up telecom subcontractors’ activities (through the received documents and photos) in coordination with team to ensure the proper alignment with the predefined requirements.
7.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
9.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
