Senior UI/UX Designer 

We are currently developing a next-generation ecosystem of Educational and Learning Platforms built on a complex, multi-tenant architecture. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our development team. If you have a passion for transforming complex academic workflows into intuitive, clean, and engaging digital experiences for learners and educators, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Ownership: Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that are responsive and user-centric.
• Design System Management: Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the entire platform and its various tenant subdomains.
• Information Architecture: Simplify complex academic workflows, administrative dashboards, and learning paths for three distinct user groups: students, teachers, and administrators.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Frontend and Backend development teams to ensure seamless hand-offs and technical feasibility.
• User-Centric Validation: Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the learning experience.
• Accessibility: Ensure all designs comply with international accessibility standards (WCAG).
