We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives, including enterprise systems such as ERP and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with a solid understanding of modern software delivery practices to successfully drive complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
While deep hands-on technical expertise is not required, practical familiarity with technology concepts—such as software development lifecycles, cloud services, or integration workflows—is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, communication strategies, and status reports.
• Facilitate “Path to Green” discussions and provide clear, executive-level updates on project health and key decisions.
• Lead daily coordination with technical and functional teams, track progress, and proactively address blockers.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and manage interdependencies.
• Support change management, testing, and adoption efforts as part of solution rollout.
• Continuously refine project processes, documentation, and collaboration practices to improve team efficiency.
