About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled *Senior SQL Developer* with deep expertise in designing, optimizing, and maintaining complex SQL solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance database systems, driving best practices in database development, and contributing to overall system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex stored procedures, views, and functions to support application logic and business processes.
• Conduct in-depth SQL performance tuning, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and resource usage analysis.
• Collaborate with software developers and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into effective database solutions.
• Oversee and manage database administration (DBA) tasks, including partitioning and user/role management.
• Monitor database health and performance, implement security policies, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity, blocking/deadlocking, connectivity, and performance issues in production environments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development standards, procedures, and data models.
