MEEC is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Social Media Specialist to lead and grow our presence across multiple social platforms globally. This role requires a deep understanding of platform algorithms, content strategy, audience growth, community engagement, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate understands both MENA and international markets and can create content strategies that build brand awareness, engagement, and long-term community growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Manage and grow MEEC's presence on Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Write compelling social media copy, captions, and campaign messaging.
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Build and manage content calendars across multiple accounts and brands.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on data and insights.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Support community management, audience engagement, and brand reputation.
