The Senior Quality Specialist is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving the organization-wide Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures all processes, documentation, and performance metrics meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. The specialist drives a culture of quality, risk-based thinking, and continual improvement across all departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously enhance the organization-wide Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, maintain, and govern QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and controlled documents.
- Design, implement, and oversee risk management plans to proactively identify and address quality risks and opportunities.
- Own and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) lifecycle, addressing non-conformities identified through internal and external audits.
- Define, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs (process, service, compliance, and people-related) using an organization-wide framework to identify trends, address root causes, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Page 1 of 3 Reference Number HR-JD-TC-2-0 Date of Issue 1-2-2026
- Drive a strong quality culture across the organization through structured training, awareness programs, and coaching initiatives.
- Represent the organization during external audits, certification reviews, and regulatory inspections.
- Develop and oversee the annual QMS strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with regulatory bodies, standards organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure adoption of best practices and compliance.
