Role Objective:

To lead the development and high-level customization of the Odoo platform to align with the company’s technical operations. The primary focus is on building custom modules and managing the end-to-end migration and integration of legacy customer data into the Odoo ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:

 * Full-Stack Development: Design and develop custom Odoo modules using Python and the OWL framework, ensuring full compatibility with the latest versions (up to v19).

 * Data Migration & Integration: Architect and execute complex data migration scripts to export/import customer records from legacy systems while maintaining data relational integrity.

 * System Tailoring: Customize Odoo workflows, models, and UI components to meet specific technical business requirements.

 * Performance Tuning: Optimize PostgreSQL database performance and Odoo server-side logic for scalability.
